As the UKVI Tier 4 compliance regime has become more punitive with time, our bespoke service has been refined to specifically meet the needs of independent schools and further education colleges. We work collaboratively with schools and student representatives to ensure only valid applications are submitted in line with the principles of the immigration rules and Tier 4 policy guidance. When inspected by the Home Office, an educational institution is not assessed on their academic achievements or results. Rather, they are inspected as to their competence to be a de facto immigration officer. The ability to understand and apply the rules is crucial. Reducing refusal rates
The introduction of attrition rates to assess sponsors – including a refusal rate of just 10% – has highlighted the risk to Tier 4 sponsors and the potential damage as a result of a suspension or revocation of a licence. We’re here to guide your students through the Tier 4 application process and ensure they get a positive outcome. By ensuring only valid applications are submitted, we minimise the risk of refusal so you can have the comfort of knowing your Tier 4 licence is safe.
Tier 2 and 5
Skilled Workers, Temporary Workers and Youth Mobility Scheme
Our sister company, Newland Chase will be able to assist with skilled workers from outside the EU who can apply for the Tier 2 visa and The Youth Mobility Scheme for young people who want to live, work and travel in the United Kingdom for a period of up to two years.
